Radeon LE drivers

Hey all,
I should be getting my new Radeon LE card today. Question: What are the best drivers to use? And where do I get them. I have heard that the drivers on the CD that come with it suck. Also, what program is best for this card for overclocking it? Thanks for your help...

if you go here, it says 98/ME, but I don't have ME, so I can't say whether they work or not.
