Radeon LE and Windows XP

I am trying to turn on the Hyper-Z in my Radeon LE (its the original LE (7200) DDR). Im supposed to go in the registry and go to [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ATI Technologies\Driver\xxxx\atidxhal] and put in 3 registry keys. This key is not in my registry at all - the lat thing that is the same is ATI Technologies - instead of Driver, there is Installed Drivers, and no atidxhal key or xxxx or nothing.

Is this mean my card is installed wrong, or is this an XP thing?

Thanks for any help (just don't tell me to "go get a new card 🙂" This one is doing fine for my uses so far.
