Radeon IGP 320 TV out problems

Hi
I got a S video to Composite adapter for my Presario 2195US. I could get my desktop to display on my TV.
However while DVD playback I get a Blank Spot on my TV where the DVD display is suppposed to be.
The movie is fine on laptop LCD. My video card is ATI Radeon IGP 320M with 64MB shared RAM
Any ideas on how to fix this?

Turn off overlays in your DVD software, or use Theater Mode (if its supported?) It would be in the overlay tab of the advanced display properties. You may have to have a video playing to adjust the overlay settings.

I installed catalyst 4.11 drivers for radeon 320 IGP. Now my previous problem is solved. I used the Theatre mode in driver settings. My 3D performance has also increased.
But a new problem has risen. The DVD playback is very jerky with the new drivers.
HEEELLLP!!!

What DVD player are you using? Do you have hardware acceleration turned on in it?

Yes DMA is turned on. Multi Word DMA Mode 2.
I use OEM WinDVD 4 I got with my Presario. The Hardware accerleration is turned on.
I also checked with WMP 10. Its the same problem with that too.
Shud I revert back to my darn old driver?? But the graphics acceleration seems too good to lose :-((

I reverted back to my old drivers. Edited the registry value of NoTheaterMode from 1 to 0. Now I can see theater options in the overlay tab and play movies fullscreen on my TV.
But I wish I could have had the new cataylst drivers :-((
