It's getting too hot. I don't have a lot of space between the AGP and PCI card. (Even with PCI cards moved over as far as possible.)

Did anyone else have this problem? If so, what fan did you stick on?
 
Which flavor of Radeon is it? As in, did it come with a heatsink/fan already, or just a passive heatsink? If its the latter, consider a 40mm fan attached to the existing heatsink with some small sheetmetal screws. If it the former, then you need to somehow get some airflow over the card itself, with some form of fan mounted overhead...

Are you sure its a video heat issue, and not driver or some other problem?
 
I unplugged the fan on one of my ES's a while back, let it loop 3dmark2k, and it barely got warm to the touch.
