Lately, my most two common low-end GPUs I'm installing is either the Radeon HD5450 card for AM3 boards without any GPU built-in, or save $40 by using the integrated Radeon HD3000 GPU on the motherboard provided by Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3 model for example.
Where does the Radeon HD5450 stand today, and is this one still much faster than integrated HD3000, and is it significant? That's all I can afford, trust me.
As far as I know, Windows 8.1 minimum requirement for the Radeon series is HD5450. But is HD5450 more than enough for basic tasks?
