this is pretty hot for an AGP card. even at $30 its a steal, the MIR is just icing. $7 shipping.

i bought two. they go for $127 on the egg. i should have bought 10 to be honest but im trying to get done with agp systems. however, these cards will revive an old p4 system into an HD htpc... which is really cool.

It says that there are 2 at the Denver store (in the DTC area).

Funny, I had no idea that there was a MC in Denver.

There's one in Rockville MD, I added it to my cart, but I can't think of a system with AGP for any of my friends and family.

Guess I'll actually skip a free after rebate deal.

^^ its hard to find a HD-accellerating agp video card for less then $70. i keep getting lucky here and there and find them for $30, but normally they are at least twice that price.

edit- its limit one per customer too. i just noticed

Awesome deal. I'm seeing one available in Rockville (guess Schmide decided not to buy it!).

That being said, this is almost overkill for just about any AGP system. I think you'd want a dual-core to make it worthwhile. But yeah, if you actually need an AGP card, this is obviously the one to buy.

yeah i would have to imagine a dual core pentium D is the only thing that might take advantage of this card... however if you look for what would match up better (like a 3650), the prices dont change. you might as well get this card and if anything undervolt/underclock it.

microcenter just sent me two emails. the first to confirm my order and state that its in processing, and the second says part or all of my order has been cancelled.

it says stay tuned for another email detailing whats happening. so, stay tuned.

Thanks OP, I nearly missed this one... they had one left in Marietta, GA. I nearly set my keyboard ablaze getting my order in. 🙂

lol. I'm glad you got it. I thought about grabbing that one from the Marietta store early this morning but passed since I still have Radeon X800 XT sitting around unused.

Order one last night and have only received the Order Confirmation e-mail and a 09/13/11 ship date - so I'm hoping this deal doesn't crap out....

Thanks OP. I just ordered online and they were "In stock" so we shall see. Great deal for a cheap HTPC by reviving an old AGP system. $38 shipped.

Just checked my spam folder on my email account and found the cancellation mail from Micro Center that came in at 8:30 this morning.....

\bummer...

Got mine yesterday - ordered in the morning for in-store pickup (Denver), picked up at lunch, everything went smoothly. Looks like a very decent card for AGP, shocking that it has HDMI.
