Anyone have this problem. With the setup mentioned in the title, PowerStrip lists my Eng Sample Radeon as a Rage 128. Anyone have this problem or a workaround?? Thanks.

As long as it performs like a Radeon does it really matter? You did get an engineering sample afterall. The nutty thing is that I heard some people who bought cards that "should have" been based on the Rage128 got Rage6 (Radeon) chips. Maybe you got the short end of the deal. I would check it with the ATI ID Utility that comes on the driver disk if you have it or can find it just to double check. I'm thinking it could just be a BIOS string and yours was a test part built before they decided on a name or something. :p

No, everything checks out as Radeon 64MB on my machine as well as the ATI check utility. Don't know why PowerSrtip says it's a Rage! I've had problems with PowerStrip in the past, though.
