Radeon + big Trinitron (and alike) monitors = problems

Hi guys,

Just read all of that veeeerrry long thread over at rage3d.com, which talks about the Radeon and having problems with big Trinitron monitors (19"+). The problem is that there seem to be some wazy lines on the monitor. The problem does not seem to affect normal CRTs (but do affect Mitsubishi DiamondTron).

Does anyone here got that problem?

Sitting here in front of my gorgeous 19" Mitsubishi Diamondtron NF 900U connected to my Radeon, I would have to disagree. It looks perfect at any resolution all the way up to 1600 x 1200. I normally run 1152 x 864. Any higher and the fonts are too darn small.
