Radeon and the 60Hz problem

I just started playing Alone in the Dark 4, and it seems impossible to get the refresh rate above 60Hz. I'm running Windows 2k SP2 using a Radeon 64MB DDR (3226 driver). I've had the same problem in other games, but I've been able to fix it using DXDiag, some registry tweaks and just about every Radeon tweaker that's out there. However, AitD4 won't work with any of these. Needless to say, 60Hz just won't do, so I need help. Any suggestions?

I'm running Win2k SP2, Radeon 64MB DDR VIVO, and 3201 drivers and I have refresh rates 56-100 @800X600.

Are you talking about general in-game refresh rates, about the Windows desktop, or specifically about AitD4? In Windows, I have no problems getting up to 160Hz in 800x600, so I know it's a software problem. I also know it's a quite usual problem for Win2k/Radeon systems. I've tried a few more registry tweaks since my last post, but they didn't help :-(

Actually, I've already tried both Powerstrip and RadeonTweaker. They both work fine for all other games, but not for this one.
