Hi.

I just loaded up the ATI DVD Player; but it says my performance will be degraded becuase there is no DVD-ROM device. Has this happened to anyone else:

Facts:
1. ATI Radeon 32DDR
2. KT7 + 1GHZ Athlon
3. 256MB RAM
4. Bus-Link 8X DVD-ROM (manufactured by Raite)
5. DX 8 installed + 3063 drivers
6. DVDs can be played
7. Device shows up as CD-ROM in Device Manager
8. Updated firmware and driver (dvd)

Any clues, hints or helps??! I mean it looks okay; but it bugs me that ATI thinks there is no DVD-ROM there!

Thanks - Mike
