Radeon and Counter-Strike, bad FPS?

Hello I had a V7700 Pure before
I'm getting around 50fps average and it goes all the way down to 20fps when there's a smoke grenades.
I used to get 99fps on my geforce, anything to here or thats the most I can get.
BTW using the lastest win2k drivers, but similar results with the previous beta release.

I have no problems whatsoever in cs with the radeon, actually I cap mine at 72fps.

net_graph 3 is the best choice

Net_graph 2 is better, it doesn't throw off your fps by showing the graph..

yea I use this one.

3116 for now win2k. I have a duron 650@850 getting a 1.33 this week as soon as my new case arrives. Should be even better.

no graph, just the counter
