I'm going to run an AGP Radeon All-In-Wonder for playout of MPEG-2 streams continously, occasionally record video for it also. I'm going to pick some Athlon GHz CPU and a DDR motherboard. Any recommendations on best motherboard for compatability and stability? What if I require RAID option, which would be best then?
Email copy appreciated also

Ack... pity I can't find it here in Sweden... locally in Stockholm, that is. The store I usually buy from has ASUS, ABit, Microstar. Another store carries a few more brands, but not GigaByte. I will try to look around.

If the Gigabyte board works like Bingo says at AnandTech, then probably any board with the AMD 760/761 chipset would be a good bet. I'd suggest the DFI AK76-SN. It doesn't have onboard sound and has 6 PCI slots. Its what I have, but I haven't tried to capture video yet.
