Radeon AIW suddenly complains no DDL NTSC BIOS !!!!

My RADEON AIW DDR suddenly does not boot in windows and displays "Rage P/N 113-73701-101 AIW SAMSUNG/Micron DDR without DLL NTSC BIOS". Anybody knows how to fix this problem???? Thanks.
