Radeon AIW: OEM or Retail?

I'm thinking of finally making the purchase. However, what is the difference between the OEM and Retail? Besides the 20$ price difference... What software is missing? Is there anything else besides software that isn't included with the OEM? Any reason I shouldn't get the AIW? I have a flatpanel and would like DVI so this seems like a good solution for me. Is there a site where I can purchase it for less the OEM for 180$ w/ shipping included?

Err..there is a difference between OEM and Retail.
First of all, Retail you get a nice and cool looking box.
Second Retail has lots of softwares, such as games, utitlites, etc.
And sometimes, OEM cards are clocked lower than retail so for the AIW which is 166 core/333 ddr retail and the OEM could be but not all are but some are 150 core/300 ddr
