Radeon AIW 7500 locks up PC

I got a new Radeon 7500 All-in-Wonder because I needed a new TV tuner card for my PC after my old VooDoo 3500 finally gave out.
Anyways, I notice that with the 7500 installed, when I boot the PC, it will lock up on boot right before XP gets to the blue screen right before it goes in to Windows.
Then I have to turn off the PC and when it boots up again select Boot from last known good configuration.
Then when I get into Windows, if I have to reboot for any reason, it locks up again and I have to reboot and select that option again.

I even did a fresh install of XP with the video card installed in the pc already.
It worked fine until I loaded the ATI drivers.

I have downloaded the latest Catalyst drivers and updated everything else that I can think of.

Any suggestions?
