Radeon 9800SE vs 9700pro

Ok, i don't know what these cars cost in the US/UK but i live in iceland and the pricing here counts hehe..
Here, these 2 cards costs roughly the same and the 9800pro costs almost 2x more
And i'm looking to upgrade my GF4 TI4200 and i think this jump will be large enough to notice (i play Star Wars Galaxies ALOT and it's a DX9 only game)

So i'm wondering what card is better? I have been looking around for benchmarks but i didn't find any for the 9800SE card..

If it makes any difference, my computer specs are as follow:
2.4ghz p4 800mhz fsp OC'ed to 3.0ghz
1gb dual ddr ram in dual channel
Abit IC7
4x120gb WD SE in raid-0

Please note, this is not a radeon 9800 OR radeon 9800PRO. This is radeon 9800SE

Yeah, if your choice is between the 9800SE and the 9700Pro, the 9700 Pro is WAY faster so get that card.

If you can get a 9800 non-pro, those are similar in speed to 9700's and o/c better, but the 9700 Pro is still the (second) fastest card out there (behind the 9800) 😉.

remember you can oc teh 9700pro too I got mine 369/325 stable... voltmods (solder at your own risk) do more (upwards of 425core , i forget what memory)

The 9700pro is faster than the 9800SE and the 9800np.
If you can find it, the the 9700pro is the way to go. Failing that, the 9800np.
