NICE. Too bad about the limit of 99 per customer though.

Damn.. I needed 102 of these cards. ;)

It's a powered by card though, so it's not quite as hot. Still a nice deal though.

I believe most of ATI cards are made by SAPPHIRE. Both SAPPHIRE, and ATI cards come from the same assembly line.
This is a smoking hot deal!!

If anyone buys one of these, I'd be interested to know what you get. For $50 less than anyone else's 9800Pro at Newegg right now, you gotta wonder if the memory is Samsung or not.

Also, did you notice that the 9800 non-pros are almost gone at Newegg?

There are a few other sites with prices just as low. They were at 239 the other day, I guess the price keeps dropping. That's really going to screw resale over. Just last week everyone was selling 9800pros for 240 and up. Bye bye AGP, hello PCI Express.

I just ordered this 2 days ago @ $239, it hasn't even gotten here yet and they already dropped the price on me :( It is OEM, all of the specs are the same as the retail, just no HL2 coupon or any other games.

I could do some searching... but does anyone know of any sites comparing the Sapphire cards to the ATI Brand cards? I would like to know what the difference in these cards are... I know they must be very close in performance, but there must be some differences.

Thanks!

Uhh, did you try looking at the "images" on the Newegg website for this product? That might help you know whether the adapter is included. Hint, hint.

Testy, testy. :) Anyway, are these prices dropping so fast because ATI's "Spring" lineup
(Video cards <=> Fashion) is going to be on shelves soon? Just curious. Great deal either way.

I would guess this MIGHT indicate that ATI is about to pop a new product on us ahead of schedule like they did with the 9700 pro.

Are there any good PCI express mobos out yet?

Nope, and won't be for a while. Right now this is the best deal out there in video cards. The $175 FX5900s are nice, but only $230 for 9800Pro is *HOT*. Heck, I paid $220 for my used 9800NP only few months ago.

The 9800 non-pros have been hard to find for awhile now. I jumped on the connect3d radeon 9500 deal. My next video card will be PCI-Express.

8.75% tax in TN? Try again - state sales tax is 9.25%, has been for over a year now. :)
