Alright, I just got my new mobo, processor, and ram - and when I played 3d games or benchmark software I get major artifacting...I have a couple of links to some pics...but why is this happening? In my old setup, everything worked fine...I dont believe I damaged the card when moving it...done it before and nothing like this has happened...

SPECS:

AMD AthlonXP 2500+ Barton core
2x256 Kingston PC2700 DDR 333 HyperX (2-2-2-5-1)
ATI Radeon 9800 Pro
MSI K7N2 Delta-L nforce2 Ultra 400
Sound Blaster Audigy Gamer

Ive tried underclocking the processor, ram, and video card and nothing helps..

If I dont run a 3d app and just use 2d like web, etc. everytthing works fine, its when I use 3d apps is where it messes up. Any help would be appreciated...

Ok let's start at the beginning. Did you install windows from scratch?
newest directx
which nforce2 driver package is installed?
which video drivers are you currently using?
what is the processor temp?
are all your fans operating?

It sounds to me like your card is overheating, or suffering from lack of power.
Which power supply are you using?

Also, have you verified each memory stick is good? memtest is good for this
let us know of any updates

1. Yes, from scratch
2. Yes, 9.0a
3. 2.78
4. Cats - 3.4
5. Processor temp around 30 degrees C with a 400mhz FSB..x9.5 so small OCing, like 70 mhz...but it happens even at defaults as well, thats not my problem
6. Sure are. But I know for a fact the Radeon operates hotter than it did before, should I put it on its on power plugin? I have it going into the powersupply, then I have a hard drive coming off the Radeon's plugin...

Im about to try a stick of DDR266 that I know works...Im thinking its either ram or video card....ram as well...since 2d works perfectly fine, after I start anything 3d, all hell breaks lose...thanks for the help...

I have a Turbolink 420 watt PS

+3.3 has 28A, +5 has 40A, and +12 has 18A

Isnt the video card use 3.3?

Ill try memtest, then Ill try the old stick that I know works..

Radeon 9500~9800 uses 3.3v as well as 12v, 18Amp on 12v is like boarder line. Try underclocking your Radeon core/mem to the lowest possible speed and see if that helps.

Make certain fast writes is disabled in the bios and in the ATI control panel under SMARTGART. Also, despite it being an 8x AGP card disable 8x support and enable video bios caching in the bios as I had the exact same issue with a NF2 chipset and ATI card, it would crash to desktop or go haywire like your's when trying 3D. I tried just disabling 8x and no go, then I added video caching and everything was perfect after that. I didn't try just video caching so that may do the trick alone.
