If you removed the cooler, you voided the warranty, and no store that knew you'd done that would take it back (as it's no longer in original condition). Being a scumbag is generally not appreciated.

First of all you don't know me and second of all the card is new and stopped working, I have only had it three days. If you don't have them you should keep your rotten comments to your self.

Doesn't matter if it's 2 hours old, you brought it home and voided the warranty by changing/removing the cooler. It's considered very bad form to have the company (and by extension all of us, via increased costs) pay for your mistake, so the chances of someone helping you are slim. Plus since it's a 9800SE and you crapped it out after 3 days, I'll wager you tried to flash it to Pro, and thus you are even more of an ass for trying to get a new one.

Rot.

I would agree that I don't know you also. However, in an effort to be helpful may I suggest you research some recent threads here where peeps asked about RMAing after modding or OCing. Good Lord, what a flame-fest, I doubt any sane person would want to subjet themselves to that.

Be warned my friend, be warned.
