Radeon 9800 pro

$90-100 on these forums is average. I got mine for $90 a few months ago, aftermarket cooling cost me $15(vga silencer revision 3)

the guy seems to want a lot more though. a Axim costs a lot more than $100 and so do flat panel monitors.
 
Not really supposed to do price checks here.

You shouldn't *need* aftermarket cooling, although it is quieter and may help with overclocking.
