Radeon 9800 Pro fan stopped working

I got a Jetway Radeon 9800 Pro in July. THe fan on it already went out and I of course am getting graphical glitches which is what prompted me to check it in the first place.
My question is, is it possible to get a replacement fan? Right now I have the side of my case off with a fan blowing in it and it works fine, but I obviously don't want to do that until I upgrade.

I have a 9800pro fan. stock aluminum diamond shaped lightweight fan. worked for the 30seconds i tested it before replacing it with a artic cooling vga cooler rev 3. 2 pin fan connector came off a bba 9800pro.

Did you have to remove the stock heatsink on the card? I couldn't quite make out how this installs. I am hoping this is a bolt-on piece and I won't have to remove the heatsink--given the fact the sinks cover the memory and such.
