I'm planning on buying an ATI Radeon 9800 Pro All-In-Wonder. I read some reviews that say this card is a real power hog. I'll be running it off a 350w power supply with 2 optical drives, 2 hard drives and about 5 fans total (including cpu and power supply fan.) I will also be hooking up a VGA silencer to this card.

Is 350w enough to maintain stability?
