Radeon 9800 Overclockers

I used Atitool to overclock my Radeon 9800 (non pro, non xt), its default rated to 325x290,
Atitool reports 290 as memory speed, card specification says 580, is the memory double rated (290x2=580)?
Atitool overclocked it to 362x319 (319x2=¿638?) as max stable speeds.
Is this a good overclock ??? Comments??

Yes, it's DDR memory so you can either use it's actual speed or it's effective speed, actual X 2.

That doesn't sound like much of an overclock on the memory.
