Radeon 9800 [NON-pro vs PRO]

I am going to be buying a new system which will be primarily used for gaming (online as well as offline) and surfing the web, while also doing the odd assignments here and there.
My question is which of these systems would be better for me. The first one has a Radeon 9800 pro but less hard disk space and less memory, as well as costing about £40 more. The second system has a 9800 non-pro.

Sys 1: ASUS A7N8X Deluxe motherboard, AMD Athlon XP 2800+, 1024Mb (2x512) PC2700 DDR (333MHz), 160Gb Ultra Fast with 8MB Buffer (7200rpm), 128MB ATI Radeon 9800 - TV Out + DVI.

Sys 2: ASUS A7N8X Deluxe motherboard, AMD Athlon XP 2800+, 512Mb PC2700 DDR (333MHz), 120Gb Ultra Fast with 8Mb Buffer (7200rpm), 128MB ATI Radeon 9800 Pro - TV Out + DVI

The 9800 pro is very tempting for me, but I have heard that you can overclock the non-pro to pro levels. Is this true, and is it possible with only the heating solution on the card as standard?

Any help would be much appreciated!

I looked on newegg.com and could not find a non-pro under ATI or Saph. Is the non-pro for sale even? o_O

to me a 120gb is more than sufficent, i would get the second one with slower chip (2500+ in particular) and OC and use the rest of the $ to get more/faster ram

Thanx all you guys for the help. I went with what you said Shady, and it seems I can get the second system exactly as it is, but with higher ram (1GB). This means I can get better performance, as I thought about it and 160GB may be a bit excessive for me. I don't need to downgrade the processor as the pc still remains under my budget. Plus, I'm not too keen on overclocking a processor (although I do overclock other things like ram, cd-rw and graphics card).
