Had a Thermaltake Giant II on a 9800 and the fan died. As far as I can tell, the fan isn't replaceable. I no longer have the heatsink/fan that came with the card. What is a good, cheap fan I can buy to put on this thing. Just wanting to run at stock speeds.

Thanks

Well, the heatsink got very, very hot. Almost too hot to hold onto for more than a couple seconds. I took the original fan off and put an old CPU fan on there as a temporary thing. Heatsink stays nice and cool now, but I now can't do anything 3D without it crashing and VPU recover coming up. I guess the card got fried :(

You could probably get an early revision VGA Silencer for cheap (or used from the FS/FT forum) that should work nicely.

*still thinks card is dead since temporary fan is keeping the heatsink cool*

anyone else agree?
