Radeon 9800 control panel

I have installed my Radeon 9800 np and every thing seems to be OK. One problem. I cannot open the Control Panel. The ATI icon is in the systray, but when I click it, the Control Panel is not listed. I checked and I know that it is installed. I need a little newbie help here. Thanks
 
Right Click on desktop Properties --> Settings --> Advanced Button -- > And a lot of nifty looking tabs and icons from your video card.
