Antec TruePower 430W. I don't think it is the power supply, sometimes if the MB is dead deep enough, the fans won't spin too. Check similar problem here too

Since it is dead upon a "save and exit", I will buy a new battery of 3.3v today, and try to fix it one last time, finger crossed.
