Radeon 9700 pro yellow lines

I have an ATI Radeon 9700 pro and i've installed the latest driver from ATI.com but i see yellow stripes on my screen 4 sets of 5 seperated by about 3 inches.... and the mouse has a black block next to it. what should i do?

RMA it or return it. Is it overclocked? Where did you get it?

hmm nm the yellow lines i reinstalled the driver and no more lines but then now oplaying cs i lag/some other error thing on cable
