Radeon 9700 pro WCPUID ?

This is a screen of my wcpuid
look at the CAL cycle what the card supports (64ms) and what mine is running at (4ms)...
Could this be why my 9700 pro isnt running much better then my geforce 4400 ran ?

Also every time i restart my computer i have to readjust my resolution ??? WTF man this card really sucks

any ideas people ?

Wouldn't 4ms be better? Faster than 64ms. Don't quite understand it but its kind of explained on page 21 AGP 3.0 specs Has to do with calibration.
