Radeon 9700 Pro Buzzing?

I recently noticed an annoying buzzing sound coming from my desktop, and I narrowed it down to either the graphics card or the chipset heatsink fan. I took out the graphics card, and I don't hear the noise any more. Thus, does anyone know what could be the problem? Could the screws be too loose or might the ball bearings be worn down?
 
Try a drop of oil (Google "dans data fan oil"), or contact the card company for a replacement fan. Basically, the fan is dying.
 
It's built by ATI, so I guess I'll try to contact their tech support. Thanks, and damn this f*cking card!!!
