Radeon 9700 Pro: Anyone using BGA ramsinks? Does it help?

I'm thinking about getting some ramsinks for my card, but I'm not sure if the $25 is really worth it. Is anyone using them? How much speed increase do you get?

Also, anyone also cooling the Radeon GPU? What core speed are you running at? I'm curious of a ballpark figure my watercooled GPU should be at.
