Radeon 9700 Pro and Power

I am going to buy a Sapphire Atlantis 9700 Pro card with my new system...and the new case comes with a 350W Antec SmartPower PSU. I will get a 2.6C Pentium4...is this enough wattage for the radeon?

I will also get a 52x CDRW, 16x DVDROM, and 2 HDs.
