Radeon 9700 Non Pro.. Need Overclocking Help

I picked up the Radeon 9700 Non Pro from Mwave the other day, I read another post saying that some of the Radeon 9700 Non Pros are clock locked and I guess mine is one of them. Everytime I try to up the Core speed and memory speed it resets to default. I flashed the bios using the Warp11 Bios and I successfully flashed it, when I rebooted it Showed up as a Radeon 9700 Pro in the device manager. I can overclock the card but when I reboot it will go back to default speeds. Can anyone give me any suggestions on how to keep it from resetting to defaults.

Use Radedit to modify the Warp11 Bios speeds then Flash your card with that.

Why not try soft-overclocking using something like the Omega (IIRC) drivers? Rage3D should have more info.
