Radeon 9500 Release

I know the Radeon 9500 Pro doesn't come out until the 18th, but haven't the 9500 and 9700 non-pros already launched?

Does anyone know when I will be able to buy a 9500?

Does anyone know if the 9500 Pro will be available to buy on launch date?

Supposely early November from ATI and mid November from Hercules and Gigabyte.
