Looks like a ok deal to me,but i cant really tell since I am used to cdn funds.

As for keyboard/mouse, it's really up to you.

I prefer using PS2 for both my devices since I allready have a ps2 mouse/keyboard I like,usb devices can use cpu cycles but I dont think a mouse or keyboard would really suck up many cpu cycles.
