Radeon 9500 Power connector

I just gave the card to a friend & thought everything was in the box but he can't find the auxillary power connector & I don't remember for sure what type it needs. I have a splitter with the small 4 pin molex on it if that's it. It has the 5 & 12 volt leads (red & yellow). I'd like to be sure before he lets the smoke out of it. Thanks for any help.

I had one of those, and it takes the small 4-pin molex as used on a floppy drive. Early 9700's used them too.
