Radeon 9500 ===> 9800 hack

I am thinking about trying it. Any thoughts would be appreciated, especially if one brand is better than another.

Also, if my card doesn't work, think I would be able to send it back and try another? Would NewEgg Cooperate?

i cant remember if that used the softmod method (using RivaTuner).

if it is, it shouldnt affect the card physically, just uninstall the softmod if anything goes wrong.

there is no such thing as a 9500-9800 hack. Perhaps you are referring to the 9500-9700 hack.
