Radeon 9250 > 9200?

I just won two ATI 9250 cards (128 bit AGP) at a local auction. Is the 9250 better than a 9200? Also would it perform better than a 16MB Matrox G450 card when it is limited to a 2X agp slot?
 
Yes 9250 is better than 9200 by not by much. And it is better than Matrox G450. Radeon 9250>9200>Nvidia FX5200

Hot damn, talk about value cards though lol . . .
 
that chart shows the 9200 vs 9250 scenario the same except the 9200 has a 10MHz Clock advantage how is the 9250 better?
