So I've got two Connect3D video cards, a Radeon 9550 and a Radeon 9200, both with 256 megs of DDR ram (I know, I know, both a waste of 128 MB). However, which one should I use for my main gaming rig? Neither are certified by ATi, only powered by. Any info would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

well, lets see, looking at pricewatch.com, the 9550 and the 9600 are both about equal in price. why don't you just get the 9600 and call it a day? or better yet, get a 9500 and flash it to a 9700.

Umm how about sell both of those crappy cards, and buy a decent card with the money.

You could probably get enough out of both to buy a 9600 Pro or better yet a 9700 or 9700 Pro.

You do know that the 9550 and 9600 are basically identical, except for clockspeeds, right? I say, attempt to OC the 9550, and see what you can get out of it. Me, I'm using a 9200 (non-SE) right now, it's decent for 2D, and plays UT ok. I have yet to see how it plays D3, but I'm expecting to be slightly disappointed.
