Radeon 9100 AGP w/ problems

Just bought 2 of these cards from TigerDirect.

I installed one in my brothers machine and it worked fine until he got bored the next day and
started playing with the hydra settings. Now when he goes to play unreal tournament or CS
the display is garbaled or has lines through it.

I totally reinstalled XP on his computer and the ATI XP drivers for the 9100 but it still has the same
problem.

Since I have the same card in my computer and never messed with any settings. I put his card in
my box and it still did the same thing in CS and unreal. So I figure his card must be defective?? Can
anyone help? If he just changed some settings would that RUIN the card?

sounds like his card fried somehow if this started happening after it was being used for a day or so... either that or the defect took its time to show up. By the way you double posted this thread, you might want to get rid of your other one.
