Radeon 9000 Pro 64MB Doesn POST

I'm helping someone who had a video problem starting tonight with they 2.66GHz P4 Asus P4B533 system with a Sapphire Tech Radeon 9000 Pro 64MB AGP card. The card doesn't show any video during POST but the same motherboard does show video during post using an old PCI video card. I thought the video card had gone bad for sure so I got an RMA from NewEgg. I tried the Radeon card in an old 667MHz P3 VIA chipset motherboard and it was able to show video during POST, so now I don't know if the problem is with the video card or the motherboard. The motherboard is only a few months old, and the video card is about 6 months old. Any ideas?
