Radeon 8500LE OC

I just bought an 8500LE 64mb and i plan to OC to at least retail levels (maybe more ) Can somebody tell me the stock clock rates, if i need any more heatsinks/fans on the card, and the best program to OC the card.

Retail clock is 275/275. Mine hits 300/300 with ease, but it is a retail board. Tested with Omegadriver's latest version which includes an overclock testing utility, but you must re-set speed with each boot up. LE is a 250/250 clock if an ATI built product.
