What is the most ppl are getting safely????

I went with the 10% rule and took the core from 230 to 250 and the memory from 190/380 to 205/410...no problems and loop 3dmark for several hours...

Is there a way to get temps off of the chip without placing a sensor??? I mean is there an output to hook fan to a sensor...
