Radeon 8500DV - Anyone Using One ??

Just wondering if anyone is using an 8500DV and what its good and bad features are? Or should I stick with separate cards?

This card is available (64mb) from NewEgg for $163 and free shipping so not too bad a price compared to the individual cards.

BTW, the system (under construction) will be an Epox 8K5A3+, AMD 1600, with 512meg and W2K.
