I just installed the retail version...
The monitor turns on.. CPU detected... Memory Check.. HALT!!! (at like 4 -16 megs.. randomly)
Tried isolating the rams.. relocate em, etc...
Disabled video settings/cache in Bios...
Flashed new Bios..
No change... any help plz?
