I looked on ATI's site and no luck. Just wanting to find out if it will work on my ASUS P3V4X with AGP 1.0. I just received a Ti500 that doesn't since it requires AGP 2.0 or better:(

ATI cards generally work on 1.0 slots. I had mine in a P5A, which is a super 7 board, and it was fine. They're minimum on the site says Athlon and better, or p2 or p3, and better, I can't remember now. It was on the retail box. If it works on a super 7, it'll work on anything.

On my Radeon 8500 box it just says:

-Pentium 4/III/II/Celeron, AMD K6/Athlon or compatible with AGP 2X or AGP 2X/4X universal slot
-64mb of system memory
-installation requires CD-ROM drive
-DVD playback requires DVD drive

But the P3V4X used the Apollo Pro 133A chipset, meaning that it has the ability to do AGPx4 (necessitating an AGP 2.0 port, as AGP 1.0 only does AGPx1 and AGPx2). I'm pretty sure the P3V4X uses an AGP 2.0 port.

P3V4X is capable of AGP4X, but Via didn't implement it well and my old comp locked up when I enabled it. So I ran things in AGP2X.

No worries the card will work fine.
