Radeon 8500 memory question

I recently purchased a Radeon 8500LE from Newegg. When it arrived, I looked at the memory chips to see if they were Hynix or not. I discovered that they had "Infineon" & "sgram" stamped on them. My question is, is Infineon decent memory?

Depends on the timing of the ram, if the numbers are 33(3.3) or 36(3.6) thats good 4ns is less good, and 5ns is slow.
Check the ram chips and look at the last number on the chips, that will tell you the speed of the chips.
