Radeon 8500 keeps crashing

I just got this card in today for a friend's build. It's a Radeon 8500 by Apollo. The strange thing is that it only has 32MB ram.

I'm using the latest Cat 4.7's, and I find that it crashes when I run 3D stuff like 3DMark 2001SE and Need for Speed Underground. I don't think I've successfully completed all the 3dMark tests in one run except at 640x480 at 16-bit.

I've tried raising the AGP voltage from 1.50 to 1.60, but no go. Could this be what happens because the card has a weird ram amount (32MB instead of 64MB)? I'm pretty sure it's the card since sometimes when it restarts, Windows notifies me of a video error and tells me to update the driver. And my previous config (with my Sapphire 9200) was just fine.

RMA time?
