Canadian site that sells the Radeon 8500 for $384, click the canadian site and then do a search for "Radeon 8500" I plan on price matching this to ncix.com and then picking it up at their store, just finalizing somethings before buying it.

Have you checked out OEMExpress link: http://www.oemexpress.com/f-main.html ? I'm not sure if they have the 8500.
