Radeon 8500 and fast writes

Hello, I just bought a Radeon 8500. It is my first ATI product. Anyways, I downloaded powerstrip and was wondering in the adapter options if it is ok to enable fast write protocol. Do I get any performance increases or should I just leave it alone. Thanx.

it's only a matter of ~ 6 3dmarks (2k1) and it usally cause instablity. best choice : leave it alone.

I think fast writes are supported by Nvidia geforce cards not ATI radeon series
